These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website MeetMeUp.in (“MeetMeUp”, “It”, “site”, “Platform”), owned and operated by MEETMEUP SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office 2/2 Satya Jivan, Kurla, Mumbai-400070. By creating an account or using MeetMeUp you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be 18 years or older. By registering you represent and warrant that the information you provide is true and accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts if we detect suspicious activity.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content you grant MeetMeUp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publicly display and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the Platform (including backups and caching). You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

You must not use the Platform to: • Harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any person. • Post or share sexually explicit content involving minors, exploitative material, or promote illegal activity. • Impersonate others, create fake accounts, or misrepresent your identity. • Upload viruses, malware, or attempt any unauthorized access to other users’ devices or our systems. • Collect, store, or harvest information about other users without their explicit consent. The Company reserves the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms or create an unsafe environment for others.

We have community standards and moderation processes. If you see content that violates these Terms, use the in-web app reporting flow. We will investigate and may remove content or suspend accounts. We will comply with lawful takedown orders from courts or government authorities and process user complaints through our Grievance Officer.

Chats are user-to-user and may contain personal information. MeetMeUp does not verify all users and cannot guarantee interactions are safe. Exercise caution and do not share sensitive personal information with strangers.

If you purchase premium features or subscriptions within MeetMeUp, all payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner(s).Since these are digital services that are activated immediately upon purchase, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical errors on our part.In such exceptional cases, you can contact us at contact@meetmeup.in within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review and process refunds (if applicable) at our sole discretion. The refund will be processed within 7 working days. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.

MeetMeUp and its content (logo, UI, software) are our intellectual property. You shall not copy or use our trademarks or copyrighted material without permission.

• MeetMeUp.in will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading content, profiles, or listings posted by users on the platform. It assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of User content, profiles or communications. • Under no circumstances will MeetMeUp.in be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from anyone’s use of the platform, the services, or any content posted on or transmitted through MeetMeUp.in. Users are strictly advised not to share sensitive financial information (such as credit card or bank account details) or send money to other members. • The exchange of profiles or connections through or by MeetMeUp.in is solely intended to help users discover and connect with others who share similar interests and challenges. MeetMeUp.in does not represent or endorse any user, nor does it make any offers, promises, or recommendations regarding personal, professional, or other relationships. Users are solely responsible for the choices they make and the interactions they pursue on or outside the platform. MeetMeUp.in shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising out of or related to relationships (including but not limited to friendships, collaborations, or personal associations) established through the use of the service. • The Site MeetMeUp.in expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. MeetMeUp.in cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site. You understand that MeetMeUp.in makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding compatibility with individuals you meet through the platform. • MeetMeUp.in expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever and howsoever arising as a result of any Content/listing posted on the Site / made available to MeetMeUp.in by any Members or the users of the Site or any third party. • MeetMeUp.in does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal Content posted on the Site by any Members, users or any third party. • All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such Content and MeetMeUp.in reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. MeetMeUp.in does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold MeetMeUp.in, its subsidiaries(if any), affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

In no event will MeetMeUp.in be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the website MeetMeUp.in Service, even if MeetMeUp.in has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, MeetMeUp.in's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to MeetMeUp.in, for the Service during the term of membership.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or for operational reasons. We are strict in terms of usage of the platform on termination certain provisions (IP, indemnity, limitation) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India unless you and MeetMeUp agree to arbitration.

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
